2023년 11월, 멕시코 나야리뜨(Nayarit)주의 작은 해변 마을 사유리타(Sayulita)에 위치한 부티크 호텔 CASA PEPE의 외벽에 벽화 작업을 진행했습니다.뜨거운 태양, 느긋한 파도, 자유로운 여행자들이 가득한 이곳은 예술가들에게 영감을 주는 마법 같은 장소입니다. 이번 벽화는 자연의 생명력과 흐름을 상징적으로 담아낸 작업으로, 태평양의 바람과 빛, 사유리타의 생동감 있는 기운에 대한 깊은 감사를 담았습니다. 초록의 중심 형상은 선인장과 여성의 실루엣이 동시에 연상되며, 그 위에 번개처럼 그려진 노란 문양은 대지의 에너지, 생명의 불꽃을 상징합니다. 유려한 곡선과 유기적인 조형들은 공간 속에 자연과 인간이 함께 숨 쉬는 리듬을 선사합니다. 이 벽화는 단순한 장식을 넘어, 이곳을 찾는 모든 이들에게 작지만 강렬한 감동과 연결의 순간을 선사하길 바랍니다. 태평양이 들려주는 삶의 이야기와, 이 땅의 따뜻한 숨결에 다시 한 번 경의를 보냅니다.

In November 2023, we created a mural for the exterior wall of Hotel CASA PEPE, a boutique hotel located in Sayulita, a small beach town in the state of Nayarit, Mexico.

Sayulita is a magical place filled with sunshine, gentle waves, and free-spirited travelers , a source of endless inspiration for artists. This mural symbolizes the flow of life and energy found in nature, reflecting our deep gratitude for the light, rhythm, and vibrant spirit of the Pacific coast. The central green form evokes both a cactus and a female silhouette, while the yellow lightning shape represents vitality and the inner flame of the earth. The organic curves express a harmony between nature and humanity, woven into the space itself. Beyond decoration, this mural is a visual tribute, a moment of connection for every guest who passes by. We pay homage to the Pacific and the stories it carries, and to the soul of Sayulita that embraces all who arrive.

En noviembre de 2023, realizamos un mural en la fachada del Hotel CASA PEPE, un hotel boutique ubicado en Sayulita, un encantador pueblo costero del estado de Nayarit, México. Sayulita es un lugar mágico, lleno de sol, olas suaves y viajeros libres: una fuente inagotable de inspiración para los artistas. Este mural representa el flujo de la vida y la energía de la naturaleza, como una expresión de agradecimiento profundo a la luz, el ritmo y el espíritu vibrante del Pacífico. La forma central en verde sugiere tanto un cactus como la silueta femenina, mientras que el rayo amarillo simboliza la chispa vital y la energía de la tierra. Las curvas orgánicas evocan la armonía entre la naturaleza y la humanidad dentro del mismo espacio. Más que una decoración, este mural es una ofrenda visual para cada visitante. Con este trabajo rendimos homenaje al Pacífico y a las historias que trae consigo, así como al alma cálida de Sayulita que acoge a todos con los brazos abiertos.
